Mr. Marks has 19 years of Health and Safety/Project Management experience in the environmental industry and has managed over 1250 emergency response situations. As President/General Manager of Custom Environmental Services, Inc. he manages multi-disciplinary personnel, reviews and approves budgets and forecasts, manages the safety program and oversees business development.

Mr. Marks is also responsible for evaluating prospective projects for bid, approving estimates and proposals and marketing environmental services to clients. He demonstrates proven expertise in the areas of client satisfaction, project management, team building, business management, expert witness testimony, scheduling and resource management. Specific areas of expertise are: detonation of shock sensitive materials for the EPA, hazardous material emergency response, facility demolition and decontamination, underground storage tank removals and reimbursement, and report preparation.
